Plastic Conduit

PC7 Premium Plastic Conduit is the original blue plastic conduit. This premium conduit solves wire feeding problems with its superior wear characteristics and low coefficient of friction. The superior wear characteristics allow conduit to last longer than regular HDPE conduit and reduces down time due to changing conduit. The low coefficient of friction extends the life of a feed motor by reducing amount of drag on the system. Recommended for use with 1/16" (1.59 mm) or smaller diameter wire. When premium plastic conduit is needed, PC7 is the conduit to choose.

 Sold by the foot - maximum continuous length 200 feet (61 m).

PC4 HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) Conduit - This durable conduit reduces drag compared to using metal lined products.  PC4 is suitable for meeting the demands of a normal installation when the feeder is stationary or has limited movement.  Use with wire smaller than 1/16" (1.59 mm) diameter.  PC4 is smaller diameter conduit than PC6 and PC8 with same characteristics.
Sold by the foot - maximum continuous length 500 feet (152.4 m).

Recommended wire size:

PC7 Premium Conduit - 1/16" (1.59 mm) or smaller diameter wire
PC4 HDPE Conduit - wire smaller than 1/16" (1.59 mm) diameter
PC6 HDPE Conduit - 1/16" (1.59 mm) up to 7/64" (2.78 mm) diameter wire
PC8 HDPE Conduit - 1/8" (3.2 mm) or larger diameter wire
