Plastic Conduit

PC7 (Premium) Plastic Conduit is the original blue plastic conduit. This premium conduit solves wire feeding problems with its superior wear characteristics and low coefficient of friction. The superior wear characteristics allow conduit to last longer than regular HDPE conduit and reduces down time due to changing conduit. The low coefficient of friction extends the life of a feed motor by reducing amount of drag on the system. Recommended for use with 1/16" (1.59 mm) diameter wire or smaller. When premium plastic conduit is needed, PC7 is the conduit to choose.

 Sold by the foot - maximum continuous length 200 feet (61 m).

PC4 (HDPE) High Density Polyethelene Conduit - This durable conduit reduces drag compared to using metal lined products.  Use with wire smaller than 1/16" (1.59 mm) diameter. PC4 is suitable for meeting the demands of a normal installation when the feeder is stationary or has limited movement. If using 1/16” (1.59 mm) diameter wire or larger, see PC6 (HDPE) Conduit.  PC6 is a larger diameter conduit than PC4 with same characteristics.
