PC7 "BLUE" Premium Plastic Conduit
Superior wear characteristics. Best on the market. PC7 lasts longer than other plastic conduits.
Lowest coefficient of friction extends the life of a feed motor by reducing the amount of drag on your welding wire. Longest run time before needing to replace conduit.  Use with 1/16" (1.59 mm) or smaller diameter wire.  PC7 is for your most demanding operations.
200 ft (61 m) rolls or cut to length. NO EXTRA CHARGE
 When premium plastic conduit is needed, PC7 is the conduit to choose.

Sold by the foot - maximum continuous length 200 feet (61 m).

PC4-HP High Performance Plastic Conduit. Great wear characteristics. Long lasting plastic conduit.  Low coefficient of friction reduces the load on a feed motor by reducing the amount of drag on your welding wire.  Long run time before needing to replace conduit.  Use with 1/16" (1.59 mm) or smaller diameter wire.  PC4-HP is for your typical to somewhat demanding operations.
200 ft (61 m) rolls or cut to length. NO EXTRA CHARGE
PC4-HP is recommended for normal to demanding installations.
(when feeder is stationary or has limited movement)

Recommended wire size:

PC7 Premium Conduit - 1/16" (1.59 mm) or smaller diameter wire

PC4-HP High Performance Conduit - 1/16" (1.59 mm) or smaller diameter wire
PC6 HP High Performance Conduit - 1/16" (1.59 mm) up to 1/8" (3.2 mm) diameter wire

PC8 HDPE Conduit - 1/8" (3.2 mm) or larger diameter wire

*QC12, LQC7, QC7, QCN (couplers) and 7-5 (connector) self thread to PC7 Premium, PC4-HP or PC4 HDPE Conduit. SELF THREAD by manually turning threaded end of couplers or connector clockwise on to
  O.D. end of plastic conduit.

PC6-HP High Performance Plastic Conduit. This conduit has great wear characteristics and low coefficient of friction. The great wear characteristics allow conduit to last longer than regular HDPE conduits and other polymers and reduces down time due to changing conduit. The low coefficient of friction extends the life of a feed motor by reducing amount of drag on the system.  Recommended for use with 1/16" (1.59 mm) to 1/8” (3.2mm) diameter wire.

PC6 HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) Conduit  Reduces drag compared to using metal lined products.  PC6 HDPE is suitable for meeting the demands of a normal installation when the feeder is stationary or has limited movement.  Use with 1/16” (1.59 mm) up to 7/64" (2.78 mm) diameter wire.
 500 ft (152.4 m) roll or cut to length. NO EXTRA CHARGE
 PC6 HDPE is larger diameter conduit than PC4 HDPE and smaller than PC8 HDPE with same characteristics.

Sold by the foot - maximum continuous length 500 ft (152.4 m).
